A 2500 sq. ft corner building was renovated for a National casual dining tenant. The design focused on large windows for interior illumination and outdoor seating surrounding the corner view of adjacent plaza. A new masonry façade teams with clean crisp steel awnings and lush landscape to create an inviting repose for shoppers.
