The West Garage is Now Open - 11-2019

Located on the NW corner of University Village is the new West Garage parking structure. With approximately 230,000 square feet of space and 475 parking stalls, we often referred to the project as a "sky-scrapper" on it's side". There are 5 floors of parking spaces with approximately 3,500 square feet of retail and office space.

Lakeside Cabins - 10-2019

With the Fall season underway, we are featuring two recent SWW Lakeside Home Projects reflecting life here in the Pacific Northwest at its best.

The Lake Chelan home is a new 3000 sf retreat on a narrow site along the edge of Lake Chelan. Building within the footprint of an existing cabin, the new home provides three stories of living space and a large deck cantilevered over the lake. A new garage with second-story apartment tucked into the hillside frames a private courtyard for the family and guests.
