Duncan Place highlights our integrated design team approach. Interior designers and architects worked closely together to ensure the final proportions, layout and circulation of these small units were well conceived. At Duncan Place our mantra was livability. We worked to create an environment that is bright, comfortable and contemporary. The living and common spaces are open and airy, modern yet timeless. Another driving principle was the 'green narrative' concept where interior spaces seamlessly integrate with carefully conceived courtyards to create an expansive quality to the outdoor environment.
