Creek House IV is one out of a series of spec houses SWW designed near Seattle’s Meadowbrook neighborhood overlooking Thornton Creek. Built on a very narrow slip of property, this home’s shell-like roof structure warmly embraces the interior spaces like a protective blanket and creates a feeling of shielded privacy from neighboring houses. Once inside, the home removes you from the hustle and bustle of the city, directing your attention out towards the peaceful and quiet salmon filled creek at the back of the house.
