Located minutes from downtown Seattle, University Village is a destination outdoor shopping center featuring a unique mix of locally-owned boutiques, national retailers and great restaurants. The lush landscaping provides an experience of shopping in a garden-like setting. SWW in close collaboration with the owner created a 10-year development master plan as well as design for several new mixed-use buildings to support the Village’s evolution from its 1950s strip center origins into a preeminent lifestyle center and a national model for successful urban retail design.
